Dave has also had an extremely successful sales career and has been in the real estate industry since 1993.  Most of that time was with Harcourts in Whangamata where Dave was regularly their top salesperson.  He specialised in rural and lifestyle and put high emphasis on marketing and auction programmes.  For his last 7 years there Dave was Manager of the Harcourts team.
