Boutique Real Estate Salesperson
Kathy is a licensed real estate professional who takes a refreshingly boutique approach to sales, with a "fewer listings, more attention" philosophy. Rather than managing a high-volume portfolio, she carefully curates a select number of listings at any one time, ensuring every vendor receives her strong focus and unwavering commitment. Her philosophy is simple: “My clients will always get me” - meaning you’re guaranteed bespoke, hands-on service throughout your entire selling journey.
With over 30 years of personal experience in the property market, Kathy has truly seen and done it all. For more than three decades, she and her husband Mark have professionally bought, sold, held, and traded properties across suburban, coastal, and rural New Zealand - from century+-old do-ups to modern new builds, from lifestyle blocks to investment flips. Along the way, they have renovated everything from CBD apartments, to suburban homes, to award-winning AirBNBs, with a particular personal passion for creative interior transformations. Their current labour-of-love is “Whare Kura,” the historic 150-year-old Aratapu School House.
Before real estate, Kathy carved out a stellar sales and marketing career in the Travel Industry, consistently achieving top-producer status. She brings that same drive to real estate, combining sharp market insight with the practical wisdom of decades of having been in-the-trenches of the “property game.” Her approach to achieving outstanding results is built on three pillars: Best possible presentation, Best possible asking price, & Best possible marketing.
Equally, she ensures Buyers enjoy a professional, pressure-free experience, giving every genuine purchaser the chance to secure the home they truly want.Kathy also draws on a unique background in healthcare. A former 24-7 case-loading midwife for many years and best-selling maternity author, she is recognised internationally as a thought-leader in Perinatal Integrative Medicine - proof of her lifelong commitment to service, empathy, and excellence.
