Bev has been working in the Real Estate industry here in North Canterbury for over 14 years. She works across the Waimakariri District, and has lived in Rangiora for 37 years. Her previous role as a District Councillor has given her a unique and indepth knowledge of District including many of the rules related to planning matters. Being well qualified and up to date with current regulations has always been important to Bev, who also has a Diploma in Real Estate and she regularly undertakes 20 hours of additional training each year so that she is current with Real Estate law.
