His experience spans many of the key developments and streets throughout these areas, from established homes through to modern apartment buildings and townhouse complexes. This breadth of exposure allows him to approach each property on its own merits, understanding how it fits within the wider market and how best to position it for sale.

Having worked with a broad range of buyers and sellers over many years, Blair takes a practical and considered approach to each campaign, focusing on clear communication, realistic pricing and ensuring each property is positioned to attract the right buyer.

Blair lives locally with his wife Jackie and their two daughters, Ivy (14) and Lyla (11). Outside of work, most of his time is spent with family, catching up with friends, and getting out for a round of golf at Maungakiekie Golf Club, where he is a member — with somewhat mixed results.
