This resulted in her qualifying as one of the Top 10% ofBayleys agents nationwide for the 2021/2 financial year.
In 2021, Jen also took on the role of Bayleys GisborneResidential Team Leader, assisting the sales team and allowing her to pass onthe benefit of her ten-year real estate career.
2022 was another productive year for Jenny with 23 salestotalling over $16 million and an average sale price just under $700,000.
Continuing her commitment toprofessional growth and leadership, Jenny completed her Branch Manager'squalification (NZ Certificate in RealEstate Level 5) in 2024. This significant milestone reflects her dedication tomaintaining the highest industry standards while strengthening her expertiseacross all aspects of real estate. Outside of the office, Jenny likes to stay fit both mentallyand physically. She loves to travel, meet people and learn new skills. A newlydiscovered passion is recreational fishing, and she has even travelled as faras Costa Rica to catch a variety of game fish. She has recently become a novicesnowboarder, which sparks her competitive nature and sense of fun. Theseactivities require skills that are mirrored in those utilised in her role inreal estate - patience, the ability to read the ‘game’, a willingness to go theextra distance and a desire to be the best while adding an element of humourand fun, where appropriate.

Shedoes so both by volunteering her time and has served on the committee of theGisborne Tatapouri Sports Fishing Club for over 14 years and also activelyhelped run and sponsored various competitions including; Harbourview Marine andCarpet Court Winter Contest; Ladies Fishing competition; Enterprise Motor GroupBay Bonanza; and the Liquorland Marlin and Tuna Tournament. She also sponsorsShane Bunning’s stockcar and Gisborne Speedway, along with recently supportingthe 20th anniversary of the International Female Ride Day held in Gisbornewhich hosted around 200 female motorcyclists.
Jenny has also participated in the local “Dancing for LifeEducation” and continues to support Life Ed with sponsorship.
