Outside of the business they spend as much time with their 3 boys and 1 girl. Seeing their children develop and grow in the varied sports they play (rugby, netball, gymnastics, inline hockey and jet skiing) is hugely rewarding. During the winter months you will find the Roper family, snow skiing as much as they can.
