Instrumental in bringing Sotheby’s International Realty to the central North Island, Fraser Holland leads the team as Managing Director. Born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, Fraser has a business degree in marketing and 20 plus years’ experience in senior sales, marketing, and general management roles. Prior to real estate, employers included the NZ Rugby Union, where Fraser was Commercial Manager. He was responsible for sponsorship, contract negotiation, marketing, and communication for the All Blacks and NZRU. Always in sales and marketing, Fraser has also been with international advertising agency Ogilvy, Heinz Watties, and Lion Nathan. Returning to Hawkes Bay in 2010, Fraser joined Tremain Real Estate as General Manager. He saw the opportunity to bring Sotheby’s International Realty to the market locally, offering vendors another choice; a new way to sell their property – one with local expertise and true global reach. The success of the brand in Hawke’s Bay led Fraser and his team to launch offices in Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Masterton, and Greytown. “Our goal is to present and market properties locally better than anyone else, while utilising the Sotheby’s International Realty network to bring new interest to our regions.
