
Paddy specialises in the sale of large industrial land holdings, passive industrial investments, and suburban office investments. He provides expert advice on scheming up Green Fields industrial estate developments and lease structures to developers/investors who seek to maximise investor returns in large scale industrial estates.
Paddy started his career as a Town Planner, both Council and Consulting Planner in 1987 with listed property company Bexley Corporation, as a development manager before migrating to agency. Following 5 years with JLL and then 18 years with CBRE with a long tenure as MD of its highly successful South Auckland Industrial office, Paddy was a foundation employee of Savills NZ, starting as its Managing Director when Savills first started as a business in NZ in 2012.
Paddy's 40 years of experience and extensive network have proven invaluable in securing recent high-value industrial land and passive investment sales. Notably, he facilitated the sale of a 100-hectare Future Urban zoned land holding to one of New Zealand's largest corporate companies for $275 million. Additionally, Paddy helped broker a $57 million passive investment deal with Jasper and a $40 million development site purchase by Fletcher.
