My career has always been rooted in business, with a strong focus on management, training, and development. I actually started out as an international trainer, and later went on to lead a company that specialised in sales and leadership training for both corporate and publicly traded firms.

Over time, I brought that experience into real estate. I quickly realised that real estate is not just about transactions it’s about people and relationships. Within just a few years of acquiring my first franchise, I was able to grow it into a national leader. I put that down to understanding sales principles, developing people, and always remembering that this business is about people first.

I chose to join Century 21 because of its global reach and its local, personal touch. To me, it was the perfect balance.

More recently, my wife, our two children, and I relocated to Tauranga. We were drawn here by the climate, the community, and the natural beauty it really does feel like paradise. Having found my own piece of it, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
