Ben began his career in early 2014 and has since become a prominent figure in Auckland’s industrial sales and leasing market. Starting out at a small boutique agency, he quickly made a name for himself through consistent results and a reputation for excellence—firmly establishing his place among the top brokers in the city.

Ben has built a successful career over more than a decade by working closely with Mum and Dad investors, SMEs, and family-run businesses. In May 2025, after 11 years of refining his expertise and developing a deep market knowledge, Ben partnered with long-time colleague Alistair to co-found X Commercial’s first New Zealand office: X Commercial South Auckland.
