Sunny brings a powerful blend of legal, commercial, and transformation expertise to commercial real estate, backed by over 15 years across top-tier firms, global corporates, and high-impact change initiatives. 

 He started his career as a banking and finance lawyer at Russell McVeagh and Bell Gully, before moving into senior commercial and operational roles at Spark. From there, Sunny led major business transformations across Spark, Air New Zealand, and global aviation giant Star Alliance in Singapore - building a reputation for cutting through complexity and driving real results. 

 Alongside his professional career, Sunny has been hands-on with his own residential property investments since 2010 - buying, selling, and learning through real-world experience. This personal connection to property adds another layer to his understanding of what drives value and builds confidence in the market. 

 This breadth of experience gives Sunny a strategic edge in the commercial property space, particularly when navigating high-stakes deals and unlocking long-term value for clients. He’s focused on building trusted relationships and delivering with intent across Auckland’s CBD and City Fringe.
