Hi, I’m Dan.
I am a down to earth real estate agent who enjoys helping people and solving problems. Selling a property is a major decision, and I believe the trust a homeowner places in an agent is a serious responsibility. I approach every property with care, respect, and a focus on doing what is right for the people involved.
Before moving into real estate, I spent many years running large scale farming operations and building an agritech business. I was responsible for managing high value properties, leading teams, and making important decisions that affected both people and businesses. These experiences taught me to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and adapt when conditions change.
I am also a homeowner and property investor, and I live on a lifestyle property with animals. This gives me a practical understanding of property from different perspectives, including the emotional and financial side of owning and selling real estate.
How people are treated matters a great deal to me. I have been involved in property transactions where I felt dismissed, and I make a point of ensuring that never happens with my clients. I treat everyone with respect, communicate openly, and work hard to attract the right buyers without wasting a seller’s time.
My approach is calm, honest, and low pressure. I prefer to ask questions, listen carefully, and help people make informed decisions that suit their situation. I believe the best results come from trust, clear communication, and good information.
Clients often describe me as approachable, hardworking, and reliable. I am known for picking up the phone and helping when problems arise, and for following through to get the best possible outcome.
If you are looking for someone who will treat your property as if it were their own and guide you through the process with care and confidence, I would be very happy to talk.
