Richard entered the real estate industry in 2002 after a long career in the New Zealand inbound travel industry, more latterly specialising in international sales for airline and hotel companies.

His commitment to his chosen profession is epitomised by the continuation of his real estate studies so he can provide the best service to his clients. He has gained the National Diploma in Real Estate and Branch Manager status. In 2009 he was awarded AREINZ and Licensee status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).

Richard's commitment is to the people - he is very community minded and loves the interaction between buyers and sellers. He also understands the bond of confidentiality that is entrusted to him.
