She holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and entered the industry early, gaining hands-on experience while studying. Alicia began her career as an executive assistant at James Group, where she developed a strong understanding of brokerage and daily operations, experience that now shapes her practical, detail-driven approach as a broker.
