During his military career, Steve specialised in Logistics and Intelligence, progressing from a storeperson to leading Ministry of Defence logistics projects for multiple RNZAF assets across the United States. Along the way, he developed strong expertise in sales, procurement, inventory management, and project management—skills he now applies to support clients when buying or selling property.
