Having grown up in Te Awamutu and attended local schools, Sam has a strong connection to the town and a genuine understanding of the community. He takes pride in calling Te Awamutu home and knows the area well.

Before moving into real estate, Sam worked in the trades, where he developed a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and an honest, practical approach to working with people. Outside of work, he stays active through touch rugby, golf, and the gym, staying involved with local sport and community life.
