Jonathan started his career exactly where many agents start; building listing by listing, learning what works and what doesn’t. His time in Sydney included achieving “Million Dollar Agent” status with McGrath Estate Agents before returning home to New Zealand to lead high-performing teams within one of the country’s leading real estate companies.

What genuinely excites Jonathan now is helping good agents become great and helping great agents build real businesses. Over the past decade, he has spent a lot of time understanding how high-performing agents scale successfully. The common thread is always structure, support, and alignment - whether that’s exceptional admin backing you or teaming up with like-minded agents to create something bigger, supported by personal assistants and sales associates.
