Graham Kristiffor is the Senior Director of the office leasing team, based in Auckland. Previously a leader in asset and portfolio management and development, he has held senior roles with major asset owners including Precinct Properties and Kiwi Income Property Trust. He has also garnered global property experience over many years in the UK. Mr Kristiffor has partnered and completed significant office transactions with multinational and national companies including NZ Super, RBNZ, AMP, Antony Harper, Vero, Findex, Hays, MBIE, WPP, Brookfields and Liberty.
