Manmeet Singh is a commercial sales and leasing broker based in Bayleys’ South Auckland office, specialising in investment, industrial, office, and retail property. He works alongside leading investment specialist Tony Chaudhary, supporting the sale and acquisition of commercial assets across the Auckland region.

With a background in accounting, finance, and taxation, Manmeet brings a practical understanding of cash flow, yield, and lease structures. His experience in financial analysis allows him to look beyond surface-level metrics and help clients understand how their property is performing and where value can be created, supporting well-informed long-term decisions.

Raised in Bahrain and now established in Auckland, Manmeet works with a diverse client base and speaks five languages, enabling him to communicate effectively across cultures and build strong, lasting relationships. He is known for his consistent follow-up, reliability, and detail-driven approach to transactions.

Outside of work, Manmeet has a strong interest in aviation and is undertaking flying training. He stays active through football and MMA and maintains a disciplined routine around fitness and personal development, reflecting his structured and long-term approach to his career.
