He spent seven years in hospitality as a Venue Manager, leading staff, overseeing operations and managing financial performance. He later ran his own NZ Post delivery business for three years before successfully selling it and also worked as a Real Estate Salesperson with Ray White Papamoa, where he strengthened his skills in sales, negotiation and client relationships.Today, Nav is actively involved in several businesses, including transport and logistics, a fuel service station, an automotive workshop and retail operations.
