With over 20 years of experience across residential realestate sales, property development, construction, and long-term propertyinvestment, I bring a practical and people-focused approach to real estate.

Having lived in Wanaka since 2001, I have developed anin-depth understanding of the local property market and the people who makethis region such a special place to live and invest in. My background extendswell beyond traditional real estate, including subdivision development,residential building projects, body corporate management, and nearly threedecades of personal property investment experience.

What sets me apart is the real-world perspective I bring toevery client relationship. As a property developer, house builder, landlord,and vendor myself, I understand firsthand both the opportunities and thechallenges that come with buying and selling property. I appreciate that realestate decisions are not only financial — they are deeply personal, ofteninvolving significant life changes, emotions, and long-term goals.

My approach is grounded in honest communication, practicaladvice, and genuine care for achieving the best possible outcome for myclients. Whether working with first-home buyers, families, investors, orvendors preparing to sell, I focus on creating a supportive and informedexperience throughout the entire process.

In recent years, I have also developed a strong passion forproperty coaching, helping both buyers and vendors navigate the market withgreater confidence and clarity.
