Matt specialises in South Auckland industrial property, with particular depth in the Wiri and wider South Auckland precincts. He works with owners, occupiers, and investors across sales and leasing, bringing a practical understanding of how industrial space actually gets used day to day.

Before moving into real estate, Matt spent his career in supply chain and materials handling, holding leadership roles in both New Zealand and the UK. That operational background gives him a genuine feel for what makes a warehouse or distribution facility work, from layout and stud height to access and throughput, and he uses that insight to help clients find space that actually suits how their business runs rather than just ticking boxes on a spec sheet.

Matt holds a qualification from Auckland University of Technology and joins James Group from CBRE, where he built his track record advising on industrial sales and leasing across South Auckland. He combines that corporate-level experience with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to getting deals done.
