Dave and Leanne have built their reputation on relationships, results, and putting their clients first.

Dave has been helping people buy and sell property since putting up his first "Sold" sign with Southland Real Estate in 2004. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of clients and considers it a privilege to be part of their property journey.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a family property, or planning your next step, Dave is there to guide you through the process and help make it as straightforward as possible.

Dave values the trust people place in him when they invite him into their homes and ask for his advice and support.

Outside of real estate, Dave enjoys playing lawn bowls and watching sport.

He looks forward to meeting with you and helping with your next property move.
