Let me introduce myself – I’m Dora Cheng, and I’ve walked in different shoes across the property industry, from working with developers overseas to real estate marketing and sales, property management in New Zealand’s public and private sectors, and short-term rentals.
These experiences have given me a keen eye for seeing property through different lenses, but at the heart of my work is a simple belief: property is about people first.
I believe buying or selling property is a little like playing Tetris – there are many different pieces falling into place at different times: family needs, location, emotions, finance, return on investment, timing and priorities. When each move is planned well and each piece is fitted into the right place, what once felt complicated starts to feel manageable.
This is where I come in. I take the time to listen and understand the different “pieces” that matter to vendors and buyers, helping organise the process and fit everything together with care, clarity and confidence – steady and sure, from start to finish.
