With a background spanning real estate ownership, management, finance and property marketing, Ross Collins brings considerable commercial experience and practical insight to every sale.

Having previously owned and operated a real estate franchise, Ross understands what is required behind the scenes to successfully position a property, reach the right buyers and manage a campaign from appraisal through to settlement. For sellers, this means considered advice, disciplined follow-up and a clear strategy designed around their property rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Ross has lived in the Western Bay of Plenty since 2008 and has developed an extensive understanding of Katikati, Fairview Golf and Country Club and the wider region. His experience includes residential homes, lifestyle blocks, kiwifruit and passionfruit orchards, unit titles and properties with features or complexities that require specialist knowledge and careful marketing.

Ross has also earned a strong reputation within the Fairview community. He played a leading role in developing and presenting the proposal that helped preserve Fairview Golf Course when the land was being considered for subdivision. The outcome reflected his ability to analyse a situation, develop a practical plan, communicate it persuasively and bring people together around a shared objective.

Today, Ross represents a significant number of properties within Fairview Golf and Country Club, reflecting the trust he has built with local owners and residents.

Approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in achieving the right outcome, Ross combines local connections with the marketing reach, buyer network and resources of Raine & Horne. His sellers benefit from experienced guidance, honest communication and a focused plan to help their property stand out and sell with confidence.
