For Paula, people have always come first. Whether through her career, raising a family, or being involved in the local community, she's always enjoyed building genuine relationships and helping others.
Paula, her husband Tony, and their three daughters have called Dannevirke home for nearly 25 years. Over that time, she's become a familiar face through local preschools, rural schools, community groups, and sport. Family life has always been busy, and these days you'll often find Paula and Tony travelling around New Zealand cheering on their daughters from the sidelines at various hockey games and tournaments.
Before joining Bayleys, Paula spent more than 30 years working across banking, accounting, law, and the farming sector. The variety of roles has given her a broad perspective, strong problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail, but more importantly, it's taught her the value of listening, communicating openly, and treating people with honesty and respect.
Friends and clients describe Paula as approachable, dependable, and down to earth. She genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understands that every family and every property journey is different. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a much-loved family property, or making a lifestyle change, she believes the experience should feel supportive, straightforward, and personal.
As part of the Bayleys team, Paula combines her local knowledge, life experience, and strong community connections with a genuine passion for helping people. She is committed to building lasting relationships and being someone her clients can trust long after the move is complete.
