As a former Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner of BDO Tauranga and a past Board member of BDO New Zealand, he has spent his career helping people evaluate opportunities, negotiate successful outcomes and make decisions with confidence. Fraser believes that success comes from listening carefully, understanding what matters most to each client, developing the right strategy, and executing it with professionalism and attention to detail.

He doesn't believe selling a property is simply about putting a sign in the ground or listing it online. Every home has a story, every seller has different objectives, and every sale deserves a considered strategy. His approach is to understand your goals, identify what will create the greatest buyer interest, guide you through every decision, and negotiate with discipline to achieve the strongest possible result.

Clients can expect clear communication and a calm, measured approach throughout the process. His background has taught him that good outcomes rarely happen by chance - they come from preparation, sound judgement and strong negotiation.

Beyond business, Fraser has  always believed in contributing to the communities in which he lives and work. Throughout his career he has served in governance roles across business, community and sport, including as Secretary/accountant of the Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust (TECT), a director of a regional economic development agency, and a Board member of Northern Districts Cricket Association. He is currently a Director of Grassroots Trust Ltd, which distributed $27.6 million to amateur sport, charitable organisations and local communities during the 2025/26 year, and he also serves as a Trustee of the Bay Oval Trust, which is our regions international cricket facility.

These roles have allowed Fraser to build lasting relationships across the Bay of Plenty and develop a deep understanding of the people, businesses and communities that make this region such a special place to call home.
