With over 20 years’ experience in real estate, Rich returns to the Wānaka sales team as a Sales Consultant, bringing extensive experience across the Canterbury, Otago and Southland regions.

Originally from Wellington, Rich moved to Wānaka in 1993 to pursue his passion for the outdoors and a career in the ski industry. He entered real estate in 2006, working across residential and lifestyle sales before moving into management roles.

A natural leader and excellent communicator, Rich is known for his honest, reliable and adaptable approach. His experience through changing market conditions, including the Canterbury earthquakes and Covid pandemic, has shaped his ability to provide clients with calm, practical and trusted advice.
