With 17 years in banking specialising in International Trade & Finance and Debtor Finance, Min gained an exceptional understanding of how businesses operate, perform financially and create value. She then spent more than 16 years building and operating her own hospitality business, transforming a struggling café into a successful, long-term enterprise.

This combination of commercial banking expertise and hands-on business ownership means Min understands not only the numbers behind a business, but also the commitment, challenges and decisions owners invest over many years to build something of value.

Having also gained experience in commercial leasing and construction projects, Min is well equipped to help business owners prepare their businesses for market, present them with confidence, and negotiate successful outcomes.
