Zephania brings warmth, composure and a keen eye for detail to her role with Austin Realty, specialising in residential and lifestyle properties throughout Rotorua and the surrounding region.

Raised on a beef farm in Auckland, Zephania went on to complete a Bachelor of Communication Studies, majoring in Journalism. She later moved to Rotorua, where she gained valuable experience in marketing and sales. Since 2019, she has owned and operated Oakridge Equestrian, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers while expanding the business and its range of leading equestrian brands.

A lifelong horsewoman, Zephania has competed in eventing and dressage and remains actively involved in the equestrian community through coaching and event committees. Her first-hand understanding of rural life gives her a natural connection with lifestyle properties and the people who call them home.

Zephania is also a co-host of the Girls That Gospel podcast, where her thoughtful communication style and genuine interest in others come naturally.
