Holding a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Lincoln University, Tim has always maintained a strong connection to the land. For the past 15 years he has called a lifestyle block in Waiwhare home, giving him first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges that come with rural property ownership.

Throughout his career, Tim has built a reputation for delivering results through clear communication, trusted relationships, and a practical approach to problem solving. His background leading high-performing teams and managing complex financial transactions has given him the skills to navigate negotiations confidently and help clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Tim understands that buying and selling rural property is about more than just a transaction. It is often one of life's biggest decisions. He takes pride in making the process straightforward and enjoyable, while providing honest advice and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys fly fishing, playing golf (badly), horse racing and following sport. He is actively involved in the local community as Chair of the Waiwhare Community Centre and serves on the Finance and Audit Board of Hawke's Bay Racing. When he's not working with clients, you'll often find him on the mower, taking care of the property he is proud to call home.
