Property is quite literally in Alex’s DNA - an industry that has been part of her family and her life from the very beginning. She grew up around every aspect of the industry: sales, development, trades, project management and property management. She was learning the property game before she’d even learnt to walk. Her father was a major influence, spending 32 years managing Barfoot & Thompson’s high-performing Mt Roskill branch. This upbringing has given Alex a unique perspective on property, one she’s proud to carry forward in her own way.

Alex brings five years of property management experience from the multi-award-winning Barfoot & Thompson Epsom branch. She managed 120+ properties and worked as the branch’s Rental Letting Specialist across a portfolio of 800+ properties, with around 30 properties listed for rent at any one time. This hands-on experience gave Alex a strong understanding of the Central Auckland market and the many facets of property ownership, providing a solid foundation for her move into sales.

Alex’s connection to Central Auckland runs deep. Having grown up here, managed properties across the area and navigated property ownership herself, she now brings that knowledge to her role as a Sales Associate alongside the highly successful Ketiesha Excell Elliott at the Central Auckland – Mt Eden branch. For Alex, this isn’t simply an area she works in - it’s home, and it’s an area she knows, understands and genuinely loves.
