I came to IRE because I considered this Real Estate Firm to be cutting edge with regards to its focus on using the Internet to make the sale and leasing of property as smooth as possible for the Vendors and Purchasers.

During my time in this Business I have sold and leased a wide range of Commercial and Industrial properties as well as selling over 100 Residential homes.

I grew up in Central Otago and have mainly worked in Auckland and Timaru where I currently reside. I gained a Commerce Degree in Valuation and Property Management in 1986 from Lincoln University.

My main focus now is the Timaru/Washdyke Commercial and Industrial Market where I have had good success over the years.

I am also interested in listing Residential Land that can be subdivided and like to sell large multiple unit residential properties. I have experience in selling Motels.
