Honest, hardworking and committed to her clients, Adrianne believes that good communication and

Born in Te Kopuru, Adrianne has strong family roots in Dargaville, with both her parents and

grandparents having connections to the area. The Kaipara has always been an important part of her

life, giving her a genuine understanding of the local community and a real appreciation for the

lifestyle the region offers.

Throughout her career, Adrianne has worked with a wide range of properties and clients, helping

people buy and sell residential, rural and lifestyle properties, as well as manage investment

properties. She understands that buying or selling a property can be a major decision and takes the

time to listen, provide honest advice and make sure her clients understand what is happening at

every stage.

Her commitment to achieving great results has been recognised throughout her career, with multiple

Northland Regional Sales Excellence awards, including being ranked No. 3, No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7

in the region. She has also received Ruby, Diamond Plus and Double Diamond Achiever awards

and, in 2024, was recognised as both Northland Rookie of the Year and New Zealand Rookie of the

Year.

Adrianne also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Property Management, adding to her knowledge and

experience across the property industry.

Outside of real estate, Adrianne enjoys making the most of the Kaipara lifestyle. She plays golf at

Northern Wairoa Golf Club, enjoys fishing from the beach and on the Kaipara Harbour, and spends

time gardening, sewing and creating mosaics. She also enjoys keeping active through fitness and

walking.
