Having worked in sales at Farmlands, alongside running a dry stock and calf-rearing farm, Charlotte has developed a strong understanding of rural life. A Taupō local since 2018, she has built an extensive network through her professional, farming and equestrian involvement, relationships she now brings to her role with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty.

A dedicated equestrian, Charlotte has spent many years show jumping and has produced horses through to the highest level of the sport in New Zealand. She has also successfully marketed and sold horses nationally and internationally, strengthening her skills in negotiation, communication and relationship management. The discipline, determination and attention to detail required in a competitive environment translate naturally into real estate.
