Joining WHITEFOX Dunedin, she brings a strong sales background, clear communication and the judgement to balance commercial priorities with the people behind them.

Before real estate, Polly managed fast-paced retail teams across Australia and New Zealand. She completed her qualifications while on maternity leave in 2021, built her career at Tall Poppy, then helped establish a boutique agency from the ground up. The experience sharpened her skills across sales, marketing, people management and business growth.

Her point of difference is empathy in action. When a campaign becomes complex, Polly balances competing priorities, manages expectations and keeps everyone informed without losing sight of the result. She brings calm coordination to sensitive conversations, protects her clients’ interests and treats every person involved with respect. Direct communication. Considered decisions. A clear path forward.

At WHITEFOX Dunedin, Polly brings that same balance to every campaign. She believes strong marketing shapes both the property and the agent behind it, and is excited to grow the brand locally. Motivated, optimistic and loyal, she gives aligned clients her full support from first conversation to final result.

Life in Pine Hill is full, with her husband, two children, Meow the cat, Ted the dog and one chicken. She resets on Dunedin’s trails, at Mount Cargill or in the gym, fitting in everything from Zumba to boxing before rugby or NRL takes over at home.
