With more than 30 years in real estate, Wendy Ploeg knows that successful property transactions are about far more than bricks, land and contracts. They’re about people.

Her experience as a Sales Manager, Auctioneer and recognised top sales achiever has given Wendy extensive skills across negotiation, marketing and sales strategy. Just as importantly, it has taught her the value of listening, understanding what really matters to her clients and tailoring an approach to suit each individual property journey.

Wendy’s connection to Te Kauwhata and surrounding districts is personal too. Twenty years ago, she and husband Nick swapped town life for a bare lifestyle block near Hampton Downs. They relocated two houses onto the property and built a large shed for their ever-growing collection of motorbikes. It’s a lifestyle they continue to love today.

Family is a big part of Wendy’s life, with time spent alongside husband Nick, their children and grandchildren. Then there’s their other great passion, motorsport, from Formula 1 sidecar racing to motorcycle adventures around New Zealand.
