Having worked alongside Pam as her personal assistant since the start of 2026, Dechen is now joining the team as a licensed real estate salesperson. Her experience supporting Pam has given her valuable insight into the industry, from coordinating property campaigns and managing day-to-day administration to supporting buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

Having immersed herself in the creative industry, Dechen holds a three-year university degree in Creative Industries and brings a strong foundation of both creativity and commercial acumen. Since graduating, she has built a diverse career across roles including garment technician and production coordinator, where she was entrusted with coordinating complex workflows and overseeing production processes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

This experience further strengthened her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Known for her friendly, approachable manner and calm professionalism, Dechen is highly regarded for her ability to manage busy schedules, work to tight timelines, and ensure operations run seamlessly. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service and is advancing her real estate career alongside Pam Holley, an experienced salesperson and mentor with 18 years in the industry.
