Allan Mark commenced his real estate career in 1985, specialising in investment sales with Eastside Real Estate, in Hamilton. In 1988 he and his brother, Kevin co-founded NZ Commercial Property Brokers Limited.Over the last 5 years he has won the NZ Real Estate Institute’s Salesperson of the Year Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty/Gisborne area in 1995, 1996,1999 & 2000.Allan’s experience with developers has seen him arrange design build projects for clients, such as Hertz, Gough Gough & Hamer and Crown Worldwide Removals. With many repeat customers, Allan has a very wide buyer/vendor base to help investors/landlords achieve results.Being a commercial investor himself allows Allan to impart years of first hand experience to prospective investors.
