Kevin Mark commenced his real estate career in 1982 in Auckland. In 1987 he joined his brother selling commercial real estate for a large Hamilton company and then in 1988 he co founded NZ Commercial Property Brokers Ltd. and today owns the company together with his brother, Allan.Having been involved in Commercial Real Estate for many years, Kevin has a very extensive network of contacts and much experience in all aspects of it. He has helped many of his clients to make the right decision regarding their property. One of his specialities is Property Syndication, where large value properties are purchased and then sold on in smaller parcels.Kevin has been recognised by the NZ Real Estate Institute by his having twice won the coveted Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Salesman of the Year Award, in 1994, 1998 & 2000, for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty.
