Staci began her real estate career almost 20 years ago,starting as a receptionist in a small rural office. Having progressed through variousroles within the industry since, she has worked alongside some of the best inthe business and developed her skills from the ground up. This experience hasgiven Staci a depth of knowledge and insight that sets her apart in today’smarket.
Having been part of the Bayleys Waikato team since 2012,Staci has spent the past decade specialising in residential and lifestyle salesthroughout the South Waikato. Her long-standing presence in the local markethas enabled her to build strong relationships and a deep understanding of thearea.
Having personally bought and sold multiple properties,including rental investments, Staci understands the decisions and pressures herclients face. She takes a hands-on approach to every campaign and works with acarefully managed number of clients at any one time, ensuring each propertyreceives her full attention. Clients work directly with Staci throughout theentire process, benefiting from clear communication, consistency, and a highlevel of personal service.
Alongside her sales role, Staci also plays a key part insupporting the day-to-day operations of one of the country’s top-performingrural real estate teams. This experience has strengthened her skills inmarketing, campaign management, and negotiation, enabling her to confidentlyguide clients through every stage of the sales process. Staci holds a Level 5Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Management), reflecting her commitment to hercareer within industry and giving clients confidence in her capability.
Staci lives locally with her husband, Michael, and theiryoung son. Outside of work, they enjoy making the most of the outdoors together—whetherthat’s time out on the boat or taking on a new DIY project at home. She is alsoa regular volunteer with the Tokoroa Community Foodbank and values theopportunity to give back to the community she calls home.
