Mike Adams is a Senior Commercial Broker, based in  Bayleys Auckland CBD office,  specialising in the sales and leasing of a diverse range of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Auckland region and beyond, and is an integral member of Bayleys Auckland city and fringe team.

Since joining Bayleys  he has enjoyed considerable success, concluding a large number of sales and leasing transactions achieving well in excess of $200 million in sales  and has been in the Top 10% of all Bayleys Salespeople nationwide 2014/2015/2016 .

These transactions have included tenanted investment’s, vacant commercial and industrial buildings, residential and commercial development land, Mortgagee & Receivership sales, commercial leases, along with a diverse mix of broader real estate sales including residential, waterfront, lifestyle and rural property.

Mike has built up a diverse range  of clients including multi national and local corporates, motor industry contacts, family trusts, owner occupiers, banks, accountancy and legal firms, community organisations, regional bodies etc.

He enjoys interacting with a diverse range of real estate on a regular basis and growing Bayleys opportunities and activity in the  diverse Auckland C&I market segment encompassing  a number of  established and growing commercial and industrial precincts including Rosebank and surrounding  locations and the southern corridor.

Mike has built up considerable expertise in running successful auction and tender campaigns with some outstanding results being achieved and a large number of these have involved marketing in Bayleys nationwide Total Property portfolio and associated media.

Prior to joining Bayleys  Mike spent number of years with  Giltrap Group  including senior roles as  General Manager of Giltrap Prestige and Independent Prestige  and he has retained very close links to the automotive industry, and the key people within it.
