Sandra Macnamara has marketed Te Anau property since 2007.

Invercargill born and bred, she moved to Te Anau in the late 1990s. Her previous work history before commencing in real estate included roles as an administrator in the medical and legal sectors, and in small business.

In the Te Anau basin, many of the transactions she deals with involve more than just the marketing, sale and purchase of property. Because 70 per cent of Te Anau’s buyers and sellers are based out of town, Sandra often takes a hands-on role through settlement and beyond, including managing the likes of tradesmen, gardeners and others on behalf of those who buy or sell with her.

A community-oriented mother of three, Sandra has served on the committees of numerous local clubs and organisations.

Her success was recognised beyond the local region when Sandra won the award for total sales revenue in the residential category nationwide and was placed first in unit sales nationwide across all categories in PGG Wrightson Real Estate’s 2016/17  and 2017/2018 and 2018/19 awards. Prior to that, she has regularly featured in the company’s nationwide top ten for residential sales.

Sandra is qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ.
