With an extensive human resources background in senior corporate environments, Rebecca is an effective communicator and a strategic thinker who readily forms lasting working relationships with her clients based on trust, discretion, and outstanding results. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management through AUT behind her, Rebecca went on to hold senior HR roles in the corporate sector with Coca Cola Amatil - where she was in the Top 5% of performers in the Excel business development group - and Fletcher Building. Rebecca’s eye for detail allows her to quickly see potential in a property and to help her vendor clients present their home to the market in the best possible way. Leveraging off the resources and up-to-the-minute sales data available to her through the Bayleys network, Rebecca keeps her clients well-informed of market dynamics and of factors which may influence the sale of their property. Rebecca has lived in the Karaka area her whole life. Her wider family have owned successful businesses in the area and have had major involvement with the local community. Well-travelled with a taste for adventure and other cultures, Rebecca looks forward to one day travelling to India.
