My first encounter with an agent was when I decided to sell my home. I searched for a good agent and was sorelydisappointed with the level of service which I received back then.

I then decided to sell it privately but had to familiarise myself with the many legal aspects of selling. After this experience and owning and selling a few homes thereafter, I decided that I wanted to offer othersellers a better sales experience than I had.
