Connecting with people and creating lasting relationships is always Michelle’s goal.  She prides herself on the ‘one mouth and two ears’ approach. Sometimes that even means doing herself out of a sale.Selling or buying property is usually a person’s biggest asset, so Michelle has always taken that role seriously, particularly, as selling or buying often happens at various stages in people’s lives. These can be pivotal moments such as buying a first home, growing family or sadly an estate sale, for example. Michelle’s love of the job and helping people resulted in her being awarded a No. 3 National Client Experience Individual Award in New Zealand and a No. 3 International Client Experience Individual Award in Melbourne in May 2018.Living in Coastlands, Michelle has built a fantastic clientele in the area, but also lists homes throughout the Whakatane, Ohope, Edgecumbe, Kawerau and Matata region. Her focus on people and on ensuring a property is well exposed to the market place is reflected in her success.Family has always been an important part of Michelle’s life, having formerly run a family-owned cycle business prior to becoming a real estate agent.
