Not being satisfied with being just a salesperson, Derrynwent to Massey University to study property and completed her Business Diplomamajoring in Real Estate. During that time, she opened her own real estateoffice looking after the property needs of her clients in both sales andproperty management.

It wasn’t long before Derryn and her team started tobuild a reputation of looking after landlords in a way that defied the standardpractice. Having the company owner looking after a landlords propertypersonally, other than a manager who would come and go, set her aside fromother agencies allowing her clients the comfort of knowing that they could dealwith the same professional throughout their real estate journey. Many ofDerryns landlords have been with her for over 15 years and have bought and soldacross that time.

Not only is Derryn supported by an award-winning team,but she has also received the highest award in Century 21 Australasia, beingthe coveted ‘Hall of Fame’ award.
