James is a qualified engineer, with property brokerage and engineering experience in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, giving a him a wide and well-rounded knowledge base of the dynamics in all of these three markets - all of which are experiencing a boom, and shortages due to extremely high demand around New Zealand and in Auckland in particular.

James’ engineering background also means that he is able to assess and evaluate every property deal with specialist expertise and offer advice that has considered unique and multidisciplinary perspectives, empowering his clients via his thorough analysis.

James will graduate from the Auckland University with a Bachelor of Commerce at the end of 2016, and along with his keen enthusiasm for the property market will ensure he works hard to get it right every time, and achieve success for his clients – establishing a loyal and trusting client base.
