Prior to commencing his real estate career, Ifran served as a Deputy Registrar at the Manukau District Court, where he gained invaluable experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and developed exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. These qualities continue to distinguish his professional approach today.
As an active property investor, Ifran understands the challenges and opportunities faced by both buyers and sellers. His practical experience, combined with nearly two decades of industry expertise, enables him to provide advice that is both commercially sound and tailored to each client's individual circumstances.
In recognition of his professionalism and contribution to the real estate industry, Ifran became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) in 2020. He was also selected as one of only 15 real estate professionals throughout New Zealand to serve on the Real Estate Authority Industry Advisory Group (Residential), providing industry feedback and helping shape professional standards across the sector.
In addition to selling real estate, Ifran is also Managing his Team at Harcourts Papatoetoe & Gardens and oversees compliance and professional standards across multiple Harcourts offices. He is passionate about mentoring sales consultants, maintaining the highest ethical standards, and delivering exceptional service to every client.
