Simon is from a South Canterbury farming background, having been involved in sales and marketing in the agricultural sector since the late 1990s. 

Prior to joining the team at PGGWrightson Real Estate, Simon was consistently in the top five sellingconsultants for a nationwide real estate company. These awards included overallnumber-one listing and selling consultant in both 2014 and 2016. Since joiningPGG Wrightson Real Estate in 2018 Simon has been consistently recognisednationally in the top ten salespeople for both rural and lifestyle, and twicehas achieved number one for lifestyle unit sales nationally.

These awards are a testament toSimon’s professional ability to successfully market, negotiate and sellproperties of all shapes and sizes across the rural and lifestyle spectrum.Whether it is a dairy unit, sheep, beef or deer property, cropping farm orlifestyle block on the edge of town, Simon takes pride in offering a high levelof service to both vendors and purchasers, which has resulted in much repeatand referral business.
